Target gets me every.single.time.y’all. I walk in with every intention of having a quick trip with my list of three items and walk out an hour or so later with a whole new wardrobe…I may be exaggerating a bit but you know what I mean!
A few weeks ago, I ran into Target and walked out with a few essentials that are a must have for Summer. I’m excited to share all the details on these pieces with y’all below. Some of these items have been staples in my closet for years (v-neck tees) and some are new additions that I cannot get enough of. Plus, you cannot beat these prices – the v-neck tee is only $8, yes y’all ONLY $8!
- V-Neck Black Tee: A good v-neck tee is a closet essential, especially in black and white. I can never have enough of these tees in my closet since I wear them all the time. They’re so easy to throw on and go! Plus, when I’m having one of those days where I can find absolutely nothing to wear 99% of the time, I’ll throw on one of these tees with a pair of distressed denim, a simple necklace, earrings and a pair of wedges. They also look perfect paired with a pair of leggings and Nikes because let’s be honest, this happens to be my go to uniform for errand running!
- Gold Loop and Knot Belt: This knotted belt is one of my new favorite accessories. I will admit, the last time I purchased a belt was probably around five years ago… However, I’ve been loving the knotted belt look recently and I love how easily a belt can transform an outfit. This belt is perfect for throwing on with a pair of white denim – I love the color contrast and there’s something so classic about this style. Plus, for only $17 what’s not to love?!
- Gladiator Sandals: I purchased these sandals last summer but had to share since they are also in stock this year. Y’all, these sold out quickly last year so go snag a pair before they’re gone! These sandals are a great dupe for the Valentino Rockstud Sandals and cost a fraction of the price. We’re talking $975 vs. $27.99, such a steal! These sandals do run TTS and are comfortable to walk in, I wear mine all the time. That being said, it did take about 2-3 wears to break them in but after that they were good to go! They also come in black and white as well if you’ve interested in other colors!
What are your current favorites at Target?!
Thanks so much for reading! xo

Over the past week, the weather has been pretty chill and overcast here. It had me wondering where the gorgeous Spring weather had disappeared too?! After spending a rainy Saturday indoors the sun decided to come out in it’s full glory on Sunday making for the most gorgeous day. I decided to switch up my daily rainy day uniform of Zella leggings and a black v-neck tee and break out the floral print, white jeans and sandals!
First things first, y’all these sandals are a must have for Spring! Over the past few months, I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of wooden-heeled sandals. I noticed a few bloggers on Instagram wearing a Steve Madden version that I immediately knew I had to have. After some major online searching I came to the conclusion this exact shoe was no longer being made…#fail. So I started a new search and discovered the sandals I’m wearing in the photos at DSW. I’ve become obsessed with them and will style an outfit just around this sandal so I can have an excuse to wear them. They’re under $40 (major steal!) and are comfortable to walk in. Plus, the stitching across the toe strap is adorable and goes with almost everything! I love the subtle, fun pop of color it adds to an overall neutral look.
What are your favorite sandals for Spring and Summer?! I would love to hear in the comments!
Thank y’all so much for reading and I hope you have a fabulous day!

Can y’all believe Easter is less than a week away?! With the holiday quickly approaching, I wanted to share with y’all some adorable dresses that would be perfect for the holiday. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always looked forward to picking out my Easter dress (I no longer rock the gloves and Easter bonnet/hat look but I definitely did when I was younger!). This year I cannot get enough of pastel colors and lace details!
I haven’t finalized my decision on which dress I’ll be wearing on this special holiday but I will share I’ve had my eye on this gorgeous lavender dress for quite some time! Which one is your favorite?!
