This summer I’ve been loving the neck scarf trend. There’s something so chic about it and lately I cannot get enough of it! It makes me feel like I belong in an old-time convertible driving up the PCH. I’ll bring myself back to reality! Anyways, neck scarves add a touch of femininity and instantly transform the overall feel of a look. You can style one with a sundress, a pair of jean shorts and a white tee or tank and instantly have an effortlessly chic look. There’s also quite a few ways you can style a neck scarf (or even a bandana) to make it fit the look you’re going for. I am a fan of wearing one in my hair and even tying one around my handbag to add a pop of color! I purchased this orange and pick neck scarf from Target only $10. I’ll definitely be going back to Target soon to add a few more neck scarves to my collection (I’m loving this and this one too!).
I also have to talk about this white tie-front shirt. This blouse is a must have closet staple y’all! There are a million ways to wear it and trust me, it will never go out of style! It’s so easy to dress up or down. I’ve dressed it up with a skirt and heels and also have even worn it as a cover-up over a bathing suit for a pool party. I love the clean, crisp, simple feel this shirt brings to any outfit.
Do y’all have a favorite neck scarf or way to style one?! I would love to see your favorites!
Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have a fabulous day!
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has some amazing workout gear on major sale this year! The best workout motivation for me (besides swimsuit season) is new workout clothes. Anyone with me?! Getting a new pair of leggings or a new workout tank makes me so much more excited to actually get up and go to a workout class/the gym. I’ll definitely be snagging my favorites to stock up for the next few seasons! (Click on an image below to shop!)
I love a good workout tank and that being said, I am loving this black Adidas tank as well as this white Nike tank. I also am loving this cropped Alo ‘Yoga’ sweatshirt! Over the past few months I’ve had my eye on a pair of white Alo leggings. When I saw that these were a part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I was so excited! I am a huge fan of the mesh detailing and the high waist so I’ll definitely be adding these to my closet! Both the tanks and the leggings are also perfect for running errands all over town.
Another one of my favorite items from the Athletic Wear Sale is the Zella Live-In High Waisted Leggings. These leggings are my all time favorite pair of leggings. I purchased them in black during last year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale after hearing a few bloggers recommend them and was so impressed with the quality. They’re seriously the best! They’re thick enough where they’re not see through and they’re so comfortable. I wear them all the time during the fall and winter and love to pair them with oversized sweaters and cardigans. I also have a pair that is dedicated solely to working out (they’re perfect for Pure Barre and running!).
Today is the day lovelies, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access is in full swing! I’ll be sharing a major sale round-up tomorrow including my favorite picks from booties and heels to purses and clutches to coats, jeans, clothing and more! Be sure to snag your must have items as quickly as possible since products are known to sell out quickly.
Now on to this lace crop top! Y’all know how obsessed I am with all things lace. If I walk past a lace clothing item in a store, there’s a 99.9% chance I’ll end up buying it. Seriously, I may or may not have a slight obsession! But a girl can never have too much lace in her closet, am I right?! This little crop top is perfect for the summer heat. The material is breathable and very light. It would look adorable paired with jean shorts and sandals for a more casual, laid back look. You could also dress it up with a skirt or skinny jeans and a leather jacket for a night out! Let’s just say, I’ve got my eye on the ivory color of this top too!
I hope y’all have a wonderful day and thank you so much for reading!
